What services does Streamline Garage Doors offer?
We provide a full range of garage door services including spring replacement, cable repair, off-track repair, opener installation and repair, panel replacement, weather seal replacement, routine maintenance, and full garage door installations. If it's related to your garage door, we handle it.
Do you service all brands of garage doors and openers?
Yes. Our technicians are trained to work on all major brands including LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, Craftsman, Wayne Dalton, Clopay, and more.
How long does a typical repair take?
Most standard repairs — such as spring replacement, cable repair, or sensor alignment — are completed in 1 to 2 hours. Larger jobs like full door installations may take 2 to 4 hours depending on the door type and setup.
How much does a garage door repair cost?
Repair costs vary depending on the type of service needed. As a general guide:
- Spring replacement: $400 – $650
- Cable replacement: $150 – $250
- Off-track repair: $175 – $400
- Sensor alignment: $75 – $125
- Opener repair or replacement: $200 – $1250
We always provide a clear, upfront quote before any work begins — no surprises.
Do you charge for estimates?
We offer free estimates on new door installations. For repair calls, a standard service call fee applies, which is credited toward the cost of the repair if you proceed with the work.
Do you offer emergency garage door repair?
Yes. We offer emergency repair services for situations where your garage door is stuck open, won't close, or poses a safety risk. Call us at 909-552-6800 and we'll do our best to get a technician to you as quickly as possible.
My garage door won't close and I can't secure my home. What should I do?
Call us immediately at 909-552-6800. While you wait, you can manually lock the door from the inside using the slide lock or throw bolt if your door has one. Do not leave a stuck-open garage unattended overnight if possible.
A spring just snapped loudly — is it safe to use my door?
No. A broken spring means the door has lost its counterbalance and is extremely heavy. Operating it with the opener can damage the opener motor and cables, and the door could drop suddenly. Disconnect the opener by pulling the red emergency release cord and call us right away at 909-552-6800.
